At Ventura Podcasting we plan, launch and produce podcasts for entrepreneurs, coaches and creators.
We believe that podcasting today is the best medium for leaders to share their expertise with the world, and we exist to remove the barriers between them and creating their world-class podcast.
After working in the corporate world in London, our founders Giorgia and Sebastian decided to join forces and start Ventura Podcasting.
Giorgia is our podcast production and technical expert. She lives and breathes all things audio content and blends her audio skills with her previous career in Customer Success and research, to provide the best experience and results for our clients.
She’s trained in voiceover and dubbing and loves surfing.
Sebastian brings a blend of analytical skills developed in the finance world, coupled with big picture thinking that helps our clients developing the podcast strategy as well as with tracking and optimisation.
He’s skilled in SEO and loves kitesurfing.
What to expect from working with us
We adapt to how you prefer to work.
Depending on you preference, we strategise and deliver on the parts of your podcast that are outside of your zone of genius.
We start with an exploratory call, where we understand more about your business and your objectives and we get to know each other.
Based on this conversation, we guide you through a Podcast Vision & Roadmap session, where we agree the objectives, features and strategy of the podcast.
We then start working on the “back end” of the podcast. Typically, for a fully managed podcast, the only thing you will need to do is to host the interview with your guest or record the solo episode, send us the recording and approve our work before we publish on all podcasting platforms!
